Many people are accessing nature more and more as a way to de-stress, relax, find peace and take much needed personal time.
Our Sensory Awareness and Mindfulness course guides you though simple, achievable and powerful techniques to enhance all your senses to get even greater beneift and enjoyment from your time in Nature.
As our senses grow and develop we purposely turn towards movement and breathing practices and techniques to explore both our internal and external interactions with nature.
Once we've mastered these basics we finish the course with a series of 'shape shifting' exercises, a challenge that helps us look at our natural environment in entirely different, possibly even unique way. While 'shape shifting' is fun to perform, there is a deeper side to this practice that you can take home with you and explore more.
